Here’s the situation in a nutshell. We were notified by our bank, that VISA informed them that we were in violation of their terms of service in that we had on our website scenese that showed watersports. We were also informed by our bank that VISA informed them that our sales of “poppers” also violated the VISA terms of service. Bottom line is that we were forced to remove all films that containe watersports and had to promise we would not film any future films containing watersports. We were also forced to remove ALL “poppers” from our website with a promise we would not ever sell them in the future. VISA constitutes about 75% of our sales so we had no choice but to comply.
Frankly VISA sucks! They are discriminatory, especially against gay websites. Unfortunately, if we didn’t comply we would be forced out of business.
Is it fair? Of course not. However, the problem is you can’t fight the fuckers.
So, you will probably never see Jarod in a watersports scene on our site. I wish I could tell them to get fucked, but to do so would put us out of business.
Don’t agree and have a VISA card. Call and bitch. My guess is that it won’t do you any good. They are so damn big that they really don’t care what an individual customers says. The days of the “customer is always right” is over.
Wish I could tell you that Jarod is going to take a hot load or man piss up his mouth and down his ass….but, it just isn’t going to happen. We hate it and so does Jarod, but unfortunately, it isn’s something we have any control over.
