Many of you may not know Max Hardcore or his films. He makes nothing but straight porn and most of his stuff is considered very hardcore.

Yesterday, June 6th, he was convicted in a Federal Court in Tampa, FL for obscenity and 9 other various charges. Unfortunately, federal law allows the government to take away any property you own if convinced on obscenity IF they can prove that you purchased the property with profits from the obscenity, if found guilty. So our good ol’ Dept. of Justice even tried to take his home. Fortunately, the Tampa jury did not allow this to happen.

While most of us would not care to watch the films that Max Hardcore makes, the reality is that what he makes should be legal as long as it features only consenting adults and is sold only to adults who want to watch it. The Tampa jury and the Department of Justice does not agree.

The Tampa jury had to watch 8 hours of Max’s films and many of them cringed at certain scenes. Can you imagine how 12 straight people would cringe if they were forced to watch gay porn? Especially gay porn that features fisting or watersports or cum eating. Hell, I can just see some fat, straight guy watching some good looking dude take two fists or eating a load of cum! I bet the straight guy would pass out!

This verdict should scare the shit out of all us that believe in a free America where we should have the right to watch want we want in the privacy of our own homes.

The Bush Administration and the religious right have been after the adult industry for nearly 8 years now, and even though his time in office is coming to an end, Bush is still forcing the Department of Justice to come after the adult industry. Ever since the Patriot Act was passed we’ve been slowly and steadily losing certain rights that we have always cherished, especially the right to Free Speech.

So to George W. I say, “fuck you and the horse you rode in on and I can hardly wait till you ride that fucking horse right back out of Washington”.

We can only hope that when this election year is over that we finally have someone in office who cares more about the REAL things affecting all of us. Things like oil prices, the war in Iraq, the economy, jobs, foreclosures, murders, etc., NOT what you and I do or WATCH in the privacy of our bedrooms.

And….to the jury in Tampa….here’s a photo I bet you’d find “obscene”, but let me tell you, that’s my ass, and the three hands you see going up in it are all friends of mine and we sure as hell don’t find it “obscene”, hell, we found it fun!

And what about this….wonder if the Tampa Jury would find this “obscene”?

Well, I didn’t, in fact, it felt pretty damn good!

And, please, be sure to register to vote in this November’s election so that you can vote for the candidate you most believe will protect our First Amendment Right to Free Speech. If you don’t, by this time next year, there may not be any adult studios making the type of films YOU want to watch.
