- 2. Reboot your computer (and modem if you use satellite, cable, or DSL)
- 3. Before writing please go to www.testmy.net and test your download speed
- 4. Please make sure that any Pop-Up blockers are turned off.
If you've done these things and you are still experiencing issues please fill out the form below completely - the more information we have the better we will be able to troubleshoot this issue and get a solution to you quickly. Due to the huge amounts of emails we receive, the more information you can provide the better we will be able to assist you.
