Are your packages shipped discreetly?
Absolutely. Your package will arrive in a plain box with no indication on the outside as to the contents. The return address label will only state a return address.

What are your shipping and handling costs?
Shipping and handling costs are calculated based on weight, distance and method of shipping chosen.

What method of shipping do you use?
You have several options to choose from in the shopping cart as you process your order. Your choices are standard ground USPS Media Mail 2-8 days, USPS Priority Mail 1-3 days, Fedex 2nd Day and International Shipping. Note: Shipping times are estimates and not exact, they can vary due mitigating circumstances like weather and other factors, these estimates are based on business days and do not take into account weekends.

Do you ship to P.O.Boxes ?
Yes, we have customers who for one reason or another do not receive mail at their residences or prefer to use a P.O. Box.  For that reason our standard USPS Media Mail or USPS Priority Mail service is perfect for customers wanting to have deliveries to a P.O.Box address, depending on the weight and size of the box and the zip code where the item is being shipped. 

What about TRACKING Information?
Whether you choose USPS Media Mail, USPS Priority Mail, Fedex 2-day or UPS Ground – ALL Shipments come with Tracking and this is emailed to you once your order is shipped so that you can correctly track your package on route to you.

What about International Shipments?
We ship to countries all over the world. Based on experience or incidence of credit card fraud, their are some countries to which we refuse to ship.  There also are countries we can’t ship to, such as Germany  and Japan, due to their Custom Regulations.  To save you problems with customs many of our international shipments are shipped via USPS International or others, depending on the country.  Please understand that if you live in a country with laws restricting the import of adult material, we can not guarantee your shipment will not be seized by your customs officials.  If you live in such a country you are ordering at your own risk and assume all responsibility for lost shipments.  We are not able to provided refunds if your package is seized by the Customs Officials in your country.

How quickly do you ship?
In most cases all orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. There are times when out-of-stock situations or other factors may delay shipping.  If an unusual delay is expected we will notify you of the delay by email.  We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and do everything possible to get the order out to you as quickly as possible.

If I order on Monday and specify two day delivery does that mean I will get it on Tuesday, counting Monday as the first day and Tuesday as the second day?
No. When calculating delivery times you cannot count the day it was shipped. Nor can you count weekends. For example, if your order is shipped Monday and you selected a 2 day delivery , it will arrive on Wednesday.  If you order on Friday and it is shipped on Friday, it will not arrive until Tuesday assuming you specified 2 day delivery. If you order on Friday too late in the day for it to ship, it will not ship until Monday and will not arrive until Wednesday.

What about ground service, how long does that take?
Delivery time for ground shipping vary depending on where you live.  We use UPS Ground Service for heavier packages and United State Postal Service depending on the size and weight of the package and the zip code to where it is going.  Normal ground service can vary between 3 and 10 days excluding weekends or holidays.

Do I need to be at home to accept delivery?
Not necessarily. You can specify that the package be left without your signature, or you can leave a note on the door telling the delivery driver to leave the package. Just keep in mind that if you specify that it be left without your signature then you assume all of the risk if someone steals it before you get home.  In most cases, packages shipped through the U.S. Mail do not require a signature for delivery.   Also, in some cases, the driver may refuse to leave a package if he/she feels it is unsafe to do so.

Returned Orders Unclaimed
If a signature is required and the customer is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery carrier “may” choose to “hold” the package at your local depot, where you will be expected to retrieve it in a timely manner, however, please be aware most unclaimed or refused packages will be returned to Hot Desert Knights. In that event a package is unclaimed or returned to us, please contact us at your very earliest convenience to resolve this issue.
