HDK reserves the right to terminate this license AT ANY TIME without cause.
COPYRIGHT:

BILLING DESCRIPTION:

MEMBERSHIP FEES:
You are responsible for paying monthly subscription fees to HDK in an amount noted at the time of your registration with the site. HDK reserves the right to modify the fees from time to time without notice and you should check the site for any indication of such a change. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL:
Membership fees are billed when you initially become a member of this site. At the end of the one-month period, your basic membership will be automatically renewed. You membership will continue to automatically renew thereafter each month for the amount in question. This agreement shall be fully enforceable and you authorize HDK to charge your credit card or other approved method of payment for the ongoing membership fee. This agreement shall remain in full force and effect until you cancel your membership pursuant to the procedures and terms noted above. You are liable for charges incurred until termination of service.
AMENDMENTS:
HDK reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, modify or change any and all parts of these Terms and Conditions without cause. Any such changes shall be effective immediately upon implementation. Your continued use of the site for which you have a membership shall constitute your acceptance of any such changes. If you do not accept any such changes, you should terminate your membership immediately.

REFUNDS:
Refunds, if any, made will be done so by crediting the source of funds that was used to make the original membership purchase. No other form of refund will be made.
ACCESS:
As a Member, you are responsible for providing all necessary computer and communications equipment to gain access to the site.
AGREEMENT TO VIEW ADULT MATERIAL:
The content of a HDK site is intended for the personal use of ADULTS ONLY. To obtain a membership, you MUST be at least 18 years old unless you country or state has a different age limit.

If you have a complaint about any purchase or content on this site, please ensure you report it at your earliest convenience detailing as much information about the purchase or content as you can so that we can swiftly address the matter for you. In the event there is any disagreement regarding any report purchase or content by any Party, the matter would be referred to a neutral body in the merchants governing state of Nevada to be resolved. In the event any party shall commence any claims, actions, formal legal action, or arbitration to interpret and/or enforce the terms and conditions of this Agreement, or relating in any way to this Agreement, including without limitation asserted breaches of representations and warranties, the prevailing party in any such action or proceeding shall be entitled to recover, in addition to all other available relief, its reasonable attorneys fees and costs incurred in connection therewith, including attorneys fees incurred on appeal.
We strongly encourage and permit the reporting of content that may be illegal or otherwise violates the law. ALL such reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven business days. All reports will immediately be investigated and the appropriate action will be taken. We enthusiastically cooperate with any law-enforcement agency. DISCLAIMER:
All materials on the HDK site are provided “as is.” HDK offers no assurances or guarantees, whether expressed or implied, that the site or links on the site will be active at all time or error free. No warranty of merchantability, whether express or implied, is made by HDK regarding the site. Should any member seek to recover monetary damages from HDK in regard to any service provided on the site including, but not limited to, issues regarding membership, the parties to this Agreement specifically agree that said recovery shall be limited to an amount equal to the membership fee most recently paid for the month proceeding the filing of any complaint.
JURISDICTION:
This Agreement, and any dispute arising from your viewing the HDK site, will be governed and determined by the laws of Nevada excluding any laws that direct the application of another jurisdiction’s law. Any dispute that arises under or relates to this Agreement (whether contract, tort, or both) will be resolved in the relevant court having jurisdiction in or closest in geographic proximity to Las Vegas, Nevada, and the parties expressly waive any right they may otherwise have to cause any such action or proceeding to be brought or tried elsewhere.
SEVERABILITY:
Any provision of this Agreement that in any way contravenes the law of any state or country in which this Agreement is effective will, in that state or country, to the extent the law is contravened, be considered separable and inapplicable and will not affect any other provision or provisions of this Agreement.
